Diamond Properties

Diamond Properties are a luxury real estate company located in Grand Cayman, providing concierge-style services to international and Cayman Islands based property investors.

We wanted to maintain the high-end, luxury image and messaging Diamond Properties portrays across all of their social media platforms. We created an instagram posting scheme, maintaining the Diamond Properties colour scheme. We carried this style across other platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to keep a seamless aesthetic.

We also run and manage Google ad campaigns for Diamond Properties in order to raise awareness and target both buyers and sellers on island and internationally.

Content Management

It is important that Diamond Properties produces relatable and relevant content. We produce and upload bi-weekly blog posts that are both informative on the market, buying in Cayman but also lifestyle and event based news.

We create graphics to accompany blog posts, but also for both new and sold listings. All graphics contain the Diamond Properties logo and follow the colour scheme. We have also done both photography and videography for Diamond Properties including property photos and videos as well as the updated website video introducing Paula McCartney, owner of Diamond Properties.
